芋菇颗粒对人肠癌LoVo荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用的研究

摘  要:目的:观察芋菇颗粒对人肠癌Lo Vo裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响。方法:建立人肠癌Lo Vo细胞荷瘤小鼠动物模型,随机分为模型组、阳性对照组、芋菇颗粒高、中、低剂量组、芋菇颗粒醇提组,连续给药28d后,测量肿瘤长、宽及质量后,计算抑瘤率。结果:人肠癌Lo Vo皮下移植瘤小鼠给予不同的药物后,芋菇颗粒低、中、高剂量组的肿瘤质量抑制率分别为24.39%、37.40%及57.72%,肿瘤体积抑制率为21.60%、40.00%、56.8%,芋菇颗粒中、高剂量组肿瘤质量及体积均低于模型组(P<0.01)。芋菇颗粒醇提物组对瘤体的质量抑制率和体积抑制率为47.15%、49.6%,与模型组比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。随着剂量增加,抑瘤率有增加的趋势。结论:芋菇颗粒对人肠癌Lo Vo裸鼠移植瘤有较好的抑瘤效果,且呈现量效关系。Objective:To observe the antitumor effect of Yugu Granules on LoVo tumor-bearing mouse.Methods:The LoVo tumor-bearing mouse models were established,and then the mice were randomly divided into model group,positive control group(5-Fu),high,middle and low dosage of Yugu Granules groups,and Yugu Granules alcohol extraction group.After treating for 28 days,the length,wide and quality of tumors were detected,and the anti-tumor rate was calculated.Results:The inhibitory rate of tumor quality of low,middle and high dosage of Yugu Granules on LoVo tumor-bearing mice were 24.39%,37.40%and57.72%,respectively.The inhibition rate of tumor volume were 21.60%,40.00%and 56.80%,and the quality and volume of tumor in middle and higher dosage of Yugu Granules were lower than that of model group(P〈0.01).The inhibition rate of tumor quality and volume of Yugu Granules alcohol extraction group were 47.15%and 49.6%,respectively,which increased with the increasing of the dosage,and there was significant difference compared with control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Yugu Granules have good antitumor effect on LoVo tumor-bearing mouse,which show an obvious dose-effect relationship.
