益气养阴法结合温和灸对重度直肠前突型便秘术后的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:在微创闭式修补术后口服益气养阴方药的基础上,进行温和灸对重度直肠前突型便秘术后的临床疗效观察。方法:纳入60例符合条件的重度直肠前突患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组为微创闭式修补术后联合益气养阴方药,治疗组在对照组的基础上结合温和灸法。通过两种方法治疗的重度直肠前突患者,在近期有效率、远期有效率和直肠前突深度比较来观察和评价益气养阴方药结合温和灸对重度直肠前突型便秘术后的临床疗效。结果:两组的近期有效率比较差异无统计学意义,两组的远期有效率治疗组要明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组直肠前突深度均较治疗前减轻(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上用益气养阴方药结合温灸治疗本病疗效稳定,远期疗效好,简单可行,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of treating post-operation of severe constipation of anterior rectocele with mild-warm moxibustion based on the treatment of benefiting qi and nourishing yin formula after minimally invasive closed repairing.Methods：Sixty patients with severe rectocele were included and randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,and with 30 patients in each group.Patients in control group were treated with benefiting qi and nourishing yin formula based on minimally invasive closed repairing,and patients in treatment group were treated with mild-warm moxibustion based on the treatments of control group.The clinical curative effect of combination of benefiting qi and nourishing yin formula and mild-warm moxibustion for post-operation of severe constipation of anterior rectocele was evaluated and observed by comparing the short-term effective rate,long-term effective rate and preumbonal depth of rectum of patients in the two groups.Results：There was no statistical significance in short-term effective rate between the two groups,and the long-term effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The preumbonal depth of rectum of patients in the two groups was alleviated significantly compared with treatment before（P〈0.05）,and the curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect and long-term effect of combination of benefiting qi and nourishing yin therapy and mild-warm moxibustion on this disease is stable and good,which is simple and worth to be popularized and applied in clinic.
