推拿少阳经治疗失眠症的多中心临床随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较推拿少阳经与口服艾司唑仑治疗失眠症的疗效差异。方法:3个研究中心共160例受试者随机分为治疗组80例与对照组80例。治疗组采用推拿足少阳胆经;对照组睡前半小时口服艾司唑仑1mg。两组均每日治疗1次,连续治疗30次后,评价受试者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:共150例受试者完成临床试验,两组受试者治疗后PSQI评分较较治疗前具有改善(P<0.05)。两组在睡眠时间、入睡时间两项指标上改善程度差异无统计学意义;治疗组在睡眠质量、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍、总评分指标评分的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿少阳经治疗失眠症效果优于口服艾司唑仑。Objective：To compare the difference in curative effect between tuina manipulation on Shaoyang meridian and taking estazolam orally for treating insomnia.Methods：A total of 160 patients from 3 research centers were randomly divided into treatment group（80 cases） and control group（80 cases）.Patients in treatment group treated with tuina manipulation on Shaoyang gallbladder channel of foot,and patients incontrol group were treated with estazolam（1 mg） orally half an hour before sleep.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI） of patients in these two groups was evaluated after treating for 30 days continuously.Results：A total of 150 patients completed the clinical trials,and the PSQI of patients in the two groups was improved after treatment compared with treatment before（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in improvement in sleep time and time to falling sleep between the two groups.The improvement in sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,daytime dysfunction and total score index of patients in treatment group was superior to that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of treating insomnia with Tuina manipulation on shaoyang meridian is superior to that of taking estazolam orally.
