分期透刺针法治疗缺血性中风偏瘫痉挛状态临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分期透刺针法与现代康复疗法治疗缺血性中风病的临床疗效差异,探寻针刺治疗缺血性中风偏瘫痉挛状态的有效方法。方法:60例缺血性中风病偏瘫患者随机分为针刺组和康复组,每组30例。两组在神经内科基线治疗基础上,针刺组采用分期透刺针法治疗,康复组采用现代康复治疗,28d后比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度(NDS)评分、四肢Fugl-Meyer评分及总体疗效变化。结果:针刺组总有效率(80%)优于康复组总有效率(70%)(P<0.05);针刺组对NDS评分及四肢Fugl-Meyer评分的改善优于康复组(P<0.05)。结论:分期透刺针法为针刺治疗缺血性中风偏瘫的有效方法,具有推广价值。Objective：To observe the difference in curative effect of treating ischemic stroke with point-through-point acupuncture by stages and modern rehabilitation medicine therapy,in order to explore the effective therapy for the hemiplegia spasticity from ischemic stroke.Methods：Sixty patients with hemiplegia spasticity from ischemic stroke were randomly divided into acupuncture group and rehabilitation group,and with 30 patients in each group.Patients in acupuncture group were treated with point-through-point acupuncture by stages,and patients in rehabilitation group were treated with modern rehabilitation medicine therapy based on the neurology baseline treatment.The degree of nerve function defect score（NDS）,Fugl-Meyer assessment score,and the whole medical effect of patients in these two groups were compared after treating for 28 days.Results：The total effective rate of acupuncture group and rehabilitation group was 80% and 70%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.The improvement in NDS and Fugl-Meyer assessment score of patients in acupuncture group was superior to that of rehabilitation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Point-through-point acupuncture by stages is the effective therapy for hemiplegia spasticity from ischemic stroke,and is worth to be popularized and applied.
