摘　　要：通过文献研究、问卷调查、座谈访谈等研究方法,深入调查研究武汉社区综合服务管理体系建设的有关问题。在充分调研基础上,形成"创新武汉社区综合服务管理体系调研报告",提出了创新武汉社区综合服务管理体系的政策建议。This paper probes deeply into the issues of establishing integrated service management system of Wuhan＇s communities by applying research methods, such as literature review, questionnaires, interviews and seminars, etc. The ＂Investigation Report of Innovating the Integrated Service Management System of Wuhan＇s Communities＂ is completed on the basis of sufficient research, and policy recommendations on innovating the integrated service management system of Wuhan＇s communities are finally put forward.
