东方武术技击类运动项目中的禅宗思想研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法等研究方法,研究东方武术技击类运动项目中的禅宗思想。得出结论:禅宗思想是东方武术技击类运动项目发展的精神支柱和思想源泉;东方武术技击类运动项目为禅宗思想的传播和发展提供了载体,两者协同发展,相互影响;少林禅武是禅宗思想在其中应用之源头,武道禅是禅宗思想在其应用之兴盛阶段;武道与禅理,武训与禅修,武境与化境等相融相通。建议:进一步深入挖掘整理并创新应用禅宗思想将是东方武术技击类运动项目发展的不二法门,禅宗思想将借助东方武术技击类运动项目得到更好的传承和发展。The paper studies the Zen thought in the oriental mamal arts sports events Dy using utclatut The main conclusion is that the Zen thought is the spiritual pillar and source of thought in the development oriental martial arts sports events; the oriental martial arts sports events provides a vector for the dissemination and development of the Zen thought, both sides cooperative development and mutual influence; the Shaolin Zen and Wushu is the source of Zen thought application in the oriental martial arts sports events ,the Martial Zen is flourished stage of Zen thought application in the oriental martial arts sports events. The recommendation of the study： the innovative applications of Zen thought will be the only way of development for oriental martial arts sports events, the Zen thought will get better heritage and development by means of the oriental martial arts sports events.
