摘  要:排烟损失是电站锅炉损失中所占份额最大的一项,目前已有多种围绕烟气余热利用的技术,低温省煤器是其中应用较多的一种。通过回收烟气余热,用以加热凝结水或热网水,不仅节能效果显著,对后续环保设备的运行也有较大作用。针对本350 MW燃煤发电机组采用低温省煤器技术后,加热低压回热加热器来的凝结水,节煤效果比较明显,而且随运行负荷增加,节煤效果也在增加;同时烟气温度和体积流量也在减少,降低了粉尘比电阻,提升了除尘效率。因此,在当前环保要求愈为苛刻的情况下,大力推广电除尘器前设置低温省煤器的技术很有意义。The loss of exhaust flue gas is the biggest of the toss of power station boiler. There are manykinds of technology of the waste heat utilization, such as the low economizer technology. By recoveringthe waste heat of the flue gas to obtain the heating for condensation water or hot - water network, not onlythe effect on energy - saving is remarkable, but also is beneficial to the operation of en-dronmental protec-tion equipment. Using the technology of low temperature economizer for the 350 MW coal - fired genera-ting units and heating the condensation of water, the effect on coal saving is obvious. Moreover, as it in-creased, effect on coal saving also increased with the increase of load operation. The flue gas temperatureand volumetric flow rate reduce, resulting in the decrease of dust specific resistance, and finally improvethe efficiency of dust removal. Therefore,ronmental protection condition, it is verymizer before electric dust collector. the emission standards are more stringent in the current envi-meaningful to promote the technology of low temperature econo-
