摘 要:以叔胺离子交换树脂(D301)为载体,2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯(P507)为萃取剂,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为包膜材料制备了包覆型溶剂浸渍树脂.研究了该树脂在硫酸体系中吸附铟(Ⅲ)和铁(Ⅲ)的性能.静态实验表明:树脂对铟(Ⅲ)、铁(Ⅲ)的最佳吸附p H值分别为1.5,1.3;298 K下对铟(Ⅲ)和铁(Ⅲ)的吸附平衡时间分别为6 h,10 h;等温吸附均符合Langmuir模型,升温有利于吸附;在铟(Ⅲ)和铁(Ⅲ)混合体系中,对铟(Ⅲ)和铁(Ⅲ)的饱和吸附量分别为27.33 mg/g,7.63 mg/g.动态实验表明:经过10次吸附—洗脱—吸附循环,树脂对铟(Ⅲ)的吸附量基本不变.Coated solvent impregnated resins were prepared with reactive polymers, tertiary amine ion exchangeresin ( D301 ) as the carrier,2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid mono (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate ( P507 ) as the ex-tractant and polyvinyl alcohol as the coating materials. The adsorption capability of as-prepared resins for indi-um(Ⅲ) and iron(Ⅲ) in sulfuric acid was tested. Static adsorption experiments showed that the optimal ad-sorption pH values of indium(Ⅲ) and iron(Ⅲ) from sulfuric acid system were 1.5 and 1.3 ,and the equilib-rium time for indium(Ⅲ) and iron(Ⅲ) at 298 K was 6 h and 10 h, respectively. The adsorption isotherm ofindium (Ⅲ) and iron (Ⅲ) followed Langmuir adsorption isotherm, and the increase of temperature was benefi-cial for adsorption. In the binary solution containing indium (Ⅲ) and iron (Ⅲ), the maximum adsorption ca-pacifies of indium(Ⅲ) and iron(Ⅲ) were 27.33 mg/g and 7.63 mg/g, respectively. Dynamic adsorption ex-periment showed that the adsorption capacities basically remained unchanged after 10 times adsorption-elutionadsorption cycles.
