摘 要:单孔水量分布特性是微喷带设计的基础,为了获得最优的微喷带水力性能,试验研究了不同工作压力(0.08、0.10和0.16 MPa)、不同喷射角度(35°-85°)和不同喷孔直径(0.9、0.8、0.7、0.65 mm)对Φ40压片式微喷带单孔水量分布的影响。试验结果表明:单孔流量和湿润区面积随着工作压力的增加而增大,同时湿润区到微喷带距离随着工作压力的增大而增大,工作压力0.16 M Pa时,流量达到6.53 L/h;孔径的减小,雾化效果越好,微喷带射程和干燥区宽度也就越小,即湿润区距离微喷带越近,当孔径为0.65mm时,相同条件下微喷带射程和湿润面积仅为0.9mm孔径下的55%和89%;射程和湿润区面积随单孔喷射角度增大先增大后减小,45°时射程和湿润区面积达到最大,射程4.8 m ,湿润区达到0.48 m2。Water distribution characteristics of the single hole is the design basis for micro spray tape .In order to obtain the optimal hydraulic performance of micro-spray tape ,this paper studies different kinds of working pressure (0 .08 ,0 .10 and 0 .16 MPa) ,dif‐ferent spraying angles (35°-85°)and different spraying diameters (0 .9 ,0 .8 ,0 .7 ,0 .65 mm) of Φ40 tablet jetting with water distribu‐tion effects of single holes .The test results show that :the single hole flow and wet area increased with increasing working pressure , and the distance of wet areas to micro-spray tape increased with increasing work pressure .When working pressure reaches 0 .16 MPa ,flow rate reaches 6 .53 L/h .Aperture reduction makes the atomization better ,spray tape range and drying area width are smaller .That is to say ,the distance between wet area and spray tape is nearer .When the aperture is 0 .65 mm ,micro-spray tape range and wet area are only 55% and 89% of the 0 .9 mm aperture under the same conditions .Range and wet areas increase and then decrease as the single hole injection angle increases .When the injection angle is 45° ,range and wet areas reach the maximum ,the range is 4 .8 m ,the area reaches 0 .48 m2 .
