京津冀一体化背景下河北省的战略思考

摘　　要：由于种种原因,河北在京津冀三省市中处于弱势地位。京津冀一体化国家战略的实施,为河北带来了前所未有的发展机遇。河北的发展不仅是自身问题,还直接关系到一体化战略能否实现。面对机遇,有关方面要统一认识,统筹规划,合力推进经济社会持续健康发展。当务之急,应该做到:统一思想,正确领会国家战略;协调合作,首先内部一体化;明确定位,理顺与京津关系;环境优先,加强基础设施建设;产业承接,有所为有所不为。Due to various reasons,Hebei is in the weak position of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Implementing the national strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated regional cooperation has brought unprecedented opportunities of development for Hebei. In addition to her own problems,the development of Hebei is directly related to whether the integration strategy can be realized. Faced with the opportunities,the authorities should work out a common position,formulate an overall plan and work together to promote a stable and healthy development of economy and society. First of all,all sectors of Hebei government should unify thinking and correctly understand the national strategy. Various cities should coordinate with one another to achieve internal integration. Hebei should correctly understand her position in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Circle and rationalize the relationship with Beijing and Tianjin,adhere to environmental priorities,strengthen infrastructure constructions. In the process of undertaking industry transfer,Hebei should promise to do what ought to be done,not do what mustn＇t be done.
