过氧乙酸消毒剂对胃镜污染枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的消毒研究

摘　　要：目的分析过氧乙酸消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢人工污染胃镜的清洗消毒效果,为临床内镜清洗消毒工作提供参考。方法采用人工模拟试验,比较过氧乙酸、戊二醛、邻苯二甲醛等3种不同内镜消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢人工污染胃镜的清洗消毒效果及效率。结果过氧乙酸组、戊二醛组和邻苯二甲醛组胃镜清洗消毒后残留菌落数分别为2（0~90）cfu/镜、1 885（1 000~5 500）cfu/镜和2 360（700~10 375）cfu/镜,经检验,过氧乙酸组胃镜残留菌落数显著低于戊二醛组和邻苯二甲醛组（P均〈0.01）;过氧乙酸组、邻苯二甲醛组、戊二醛组清洗消毒所需时间分别为19min、19min和24min。结论过氧乙酸对胃镜的消毒效果优于戊二醛和邻苯二甲醛。Objective To analyze the disinfection effect of peracetic acid disinfectant on gastroscope contaminated artificially by Bacillus svblilis var.niger to provide evidence for clinical cleaning and disinfecting of endoscope.Method Compare the disinfection effect and efficiency of peracetic acid,glutaraldehyde and ortho-phthalaldehyde on gastroscope contaminated by Bacillus svblilis var.niger artificially by artificial experiment.Result Residual bacterial amount of gastroscope after cleaning and disinfecting by peracetic acid,glutaraldehyde and ortho-phthalaldehyde are 2（0~90）cfu/scope,1 885（1 000~5 500）cfu/scope and 2 360（700~10 375）cfu/scope.Residual bacterial amount of peracetic acid group is obviously less than glutaraldehyde and ortho-phthalaldehyde group（P〈0.01each）by test results.Time cost by cleaning and disinfecting are 19 min,19min and 24 min for peracetic acid group,ortho-phthalaldehyde group and glutaraldehyde group respectively.Conclusion Disinfection effect of peracetic acid is better than glutaraldehyde and ortho-phthalaldehyde.
