摘　　要：目的了解湖州市失能老人家庭养老现况,为湖州市养老行业制定科学合理的养老方案提供背景资料。方法采用自行设计的家庭失能老人养老现况调查问卷为研究工具,对湖州市66位失能老人进行问卷调查。结果家庭养老环境下的失能老人,经济状况普遍较为低下,失能时间长,依赖重,健康状况形势严峻,且存在较多居住风险。结论失能老人家庭养老形式存在诸多不足,养老方式急需多样化。Objective To study the present situation of family supporting for disabled elderly in Huzhou to provide background information for formulating ascientific and reasonable supporting scheme.Method Investigate 66 disabled elderly in Huzhou by self-designed questionnaire on present situation of family supporting for disabled elderly.Result Disabled elderly infamily supporting has low economic conditions,long disabled time,serious dependence,poor health condition and high living risks.Conclusion Family supporting mode for disabled elderly has many deficiencies,which needs to be diversified.
