摘　　要：为提升氨化造粒性能,改善磷酸铵产品的质量,增强磷酸铵对农作物的增产效果,进一步加强瓮福磷酸铵在市场上的竞争力,瓮福化工公司采用双管式反应器工艺生产磷酸铵产品,并对其工艺不断改进。同时通过添加管式洗涤器、筛分机、粒度和色度分析来进一步提升磷酸铵产品质量和减少对环境的影响。In order to improve the performance of ammoniation-granulation,improve the quality of ammonium phosphate product,enhance the effect by ammonium phosphate on increasing the crop harvest,and strengthen the competitiveness of Wengfu ammonium phosphate in the market,Wengfu Chemical uses the dual-tube reactor process to make ammonium phosphate,and constantly improves the process. In the meantime,by adding the tubular scrubber,sieving screen,particle size and chromaticity analysis,it further improves the quality of ammonium phosphate products and minimizes impact on the environment.
