摘  要:分析了造成700 kt/a硫酸系统尾吸出口SO2超标的原因,采用提高转化工序转化率来降低进入尾吸的SO2含量,以及提高尾吸碱液利用率,使尾吸出口SO2浓度得以有效控制,缓解了环保压力,为制酸系统尾气达标排放提供了保障,实现了良好的环保效益。The cause for excessive SO2 in the outlet of the tailgas absorber in the 700 kt / a sulfuric acid plant is analyzed. SO2 content into the tailgas absorber is reduced by increasing the conversion rate in the conversion section,and utilization of caustic solution in the tailgas scrubber is increased,such that the SO2 concentration in the outlet of the tailgas scrubber is effectively controlled,which alleviates the environmental impact,and provides assurance for meeting the emission standard for tailgas from the sulfuric acid plant,and achieves excellent environmental benefits.
