摘 要:多层住宅较高层住宅具有一定优势,但却因材料原因导致发展受制,如何研发合乎当下建筑产业现代化的理想结构体系,并使之推广应用开来,便成为一个迫切的议题。通过对多层住宅研发及施工预制墙板、预制圆孔板剪力墙、框架轻板、外预制内现浇和夹模喷涂混凝土夹心剪力墙五种结构体系的阐释,提出了装配化住宅优化建议,并对几项分项工程给出了施工建议。Multid-storey residential building has certain advantages, but its development was restricted by construction materials, so it is urgent to develop an ideal structure system for contemporary architectural industry and promote its application. This paper introduced research, development and construction of five structural systems, such as prefabricated board, prefabricated round hole board shear wall, light frame board, externally prefabricated and internally cast-in-place sandwich shear wall and gunning concrete sandwich shear wall, etc., and proposed some suggests for optimization of assembly house. In addition, some proposals were also given for some subdivisional work.
