波涌灌溉中的虹吸式时间调节控制器设计

摘　　要：虹吸式时间调节控制器是通过利用调节浮子室的进水流量与虹吸管排水流量来实现虹吸间歇定时排水,在波涌阀中起到水力自动调节作用的装置。根据自制波涌阀的过水特点以及灌溉需要,通过分析周期供水时间、进水流量以及排水流量三者建立数学模型,确定虹吸式时间调节控制器的各参数,并对该装置进行无级调节分析。经试验证明各项设计参数满足灌溉要求,该虹吸式时间调节控制器也可为其他波涌阀的设计作参考。Siphon type adjustment controller is through the use of time to adjust float chamber inlet flow and to implement the siphon drainage discharge siphon intermittent drainage regularly. It has the function of hydraulic automatic control device in the wave surge valve. Based on the characteristics of homemade wave surge valve of water and irrigation ＇s need, by analyzing the cycle time of water supply, mathematical model is set up.It can determine the siphon time to adjust the parameters of the controller and analyze stepless regulation and the device. After the experiment has proved that the design rod structure satisfies the requirement of irrigation and the siphon time adjusting controller can also be used for other wave surge valve design for reference.
