蒲公英全草中黄酮化合物的提取及鉴定

摘　　要：以北方蒲公英全草为原料,采用醇提法提取蒲公英粗黄酮,并采用盐酸—镁粉鉴定法鉴定产物。研究结果表明:温度70℃,乙醇浓度90%,时间5 h时提取率可达99.61%,并验证提取物中生物活性物质为黄酮化合物。The paper extracted flavonoids from Dandelion crude using ethanol and identified the product by the hydrochloric acid and magnesium method. The result showed that when temperature was 70 ℃,andethanol concentration 90%, the extraction rate at 5 h reached 99.61%,and bioactive substances in the extracts was flavonoids.
