摘 要:为监测矿井提升机钢丝绳张力的状态,设计了一种监测系统,即通过张力传感器采集矿井提升机钢丝绳的张力信息,经A/D转换成数字信号,再利用STC89C51单片机处理后,由nRF401无线发送和接收模块传递数据,最后通过MAX202串口在PC机端实时显示监测数据。该系统可适应各种矿井现场的复杂性。采用无线传输避免了布线的困难及电缆线造成的数据传输意外中断,以及后期维修的困难。该系统集成度好、外围电路少、结构简单、性能稳定,可广泛应用于井下提升机设备的监测。In order to monitor the tension condition of mine hoist wire rope, designs one monitoring system. The system collects the tension information of hoist wire rope by tension sensor, and the information converts into digital signal by A/D, then processed by STC89C51 SCM. the data are transmitted and received by nRF401 wireless and receiver module. Finally, the monitored data are displayed on PC through MAX202 serial port. The system can adapt to a variety of complex mine environments. The use of wireless transmission, avoids the unexpected interruptions because of the difficulties of wiring and cables display, and also reduce the maintenance difficult. The integration of system is good, less peripheral circuits, simple structure, and stable performance, which can be widely used to monitor the hoist at underground mine.
