摘　　要：介绍了采煤机液压制动器的结构特点和存在的问题,并对采煤机自动闭锁液压制动器结构原理进行详细说明。自动闭锁液压制动器研制成功,实现了当摩擦片超过规定的磨损量时制动器的自动闭锁,增强了制动器的可靠性。Analyzes the structure characteristics and the problems of the shearer hydraulic brake. Introduces the structure principles of automatic locking hydraulic brake of shearer in details. The success research of the new hydraulic brake can be locked automatically when the friction plate exceeds the amount of wear, which enhance the reliability of the hydraulic brake.
