摘 要:以硝酸铝,硝酸镧及碳酸氢铵为原料,采用共沉淀法制备纯相的LaAl11O18及Al2O3/LaAl11O18复合粉体。分别用激光粒度仪,X射线衍射,扫描电镜对粉体的粒度,物相组成及形貌进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的纯相LaAl11O18粉体及Al2O3/LaAl11O18复合粉体平均粒径约为1μm;在800℃到1200℃之间快速升温,加大Al2O3的比例均会抑制LaAlO3的形成,有利于得到纯相铝酸镧粉体;同时发现得到的LaAl11O18晶粒呈棒状,长径比约为5∶1,能够均匀的分散在Al2O3基体中。The pure LaAl11O18 and the composite powders of Al2O3/LaAl11O18 were prepared by a co-precipitation method using La(NO3)3 ·6H2O and Al(NO3)3 ·9H2O as source materials.The phase of the LaAl11O18 and LaAl11O18/Al2O3 was analyzed by the X-Ray diffraction(XRD).The morphology of the powder was observed by the scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that increasing the heating rate from 800℃to 1200℃ or adding excess Al2O3 inhibits the formation of LaAlO3,with the pure LaAl11O18 power being obtained.Moreover,it was found that the Al2O3/LaAl11O18 composite powder prepared by a co-precipitation method contained LaAl11O18 and Al2O3.The rod-like LaAl11O18 distributed uniformly in the Al2O3 matrix and its average aspect ratio was about 5.
