左卡尼汀联合弥可保注射液治疗血液透析伴糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨左卡尼汀联合弥可保注射液对尿毒症血液透析患者伴糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选择2010年1月至2014年12月烟台毓璜顶医院尿毒症血液透析患者伴糖尿病周围神经病变的30例病患,入组前常规应用弥可保注射液每次透析后静推500μg至少1月并测定双下肢感觉阈值,记录作为原始资料;入组后应用左卡尼汀注射液1 g和弥可保注射液500μg每次透析后静推,分别于用药前、用药2周和4周,于2周和4周记录临床症状并测定双下肢感觉阈值进行统计学分析。结果联合组患者治疗后2周起自觉症状有所改善,但下肢感觉阈值统计学无意义;4周时,患者下肢肢体感觉阈值变化有统计学意义(P<0.01)。联合组症状改善时间较单用弥可保组平均缩短(10±3.17)d。结论左卡尼汀联合弥可保注射液对尿毒症血液透析患者伴糖尿病周围神经病变较单用弥可保注射液疗效明显。Objective Discussion Levocamitine joint Methycobal injection in hemodialysis patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients. Method Choose from January 2010 to December 2014 Yuhuangding hospital in hemodialysis patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in 30 cases of patients, before the group routinely Methycobal 500 μg bolus injection after dialysis for at least January and measuring lower extremity sensory threshold, recorded as raw materials; after the group received injection 1 g L-carnitine and Methycobal injection 500 μg bolus after each dialysis, respectively, before treatment, medication two weeks and four weeks, in two weeks and four weeks of clinical symptoms and measured recording lower extremity sensory threshold for statistical analysis. ResuR The combined group of patients to treatment after two weeks the symptoms improved, but statistically insignificant lower extremity sensory threshold; four weeks, the lower extremity limb sensory threshold in patients was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）. Joint group symptoms improved time than single-use Methycobal group was shorter （10 ±3.17） d. Conclusion L-camitine joint Methycobal injection in hemodialysis patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy than single injection with Methycobal obvious effect.
