摘　　要：目的探讨全麻术后老年危重症患者在ICU的监护。方法回顾分析我院380例老年危重症患者在全麻术后ICU监护的特点,探讨监护的有效措施。结果在实行优化的ICU监护后,患者的临床预后有了较大改善。结论在ICU监护中,针对患者的生理和心理特点,采取针对性的监护措施,可以有效降低老年患者全麻术后并发症的发生率,也缩短了在重症病房的天数,降低医疗费用。Objective To investigate the surgery after general anesthesia in elderly critical patients in ICU monitoring. Methods Retrospective analysis of 380 cases of senile features of ICU monitoring in critically ill patients after general anesthesia, to explore effective measures for monitoring. Results In the ICU monitoring after the implementation of optimization, the prognosis of the patients has greatly improved. Conelusion In ICU custody, according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of patients, to take care measures, can effectively reduce the elderly patients the incidence of postoperative complications, but also shortened the days in the ICU, reduce medical costs.
