中频脉冲治疗仪在小儿肺炎治疗中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的对小儿肺炎治疗中通过采用中频脉冲治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法分别通过两种不同的治疗方法进行对比,其中对照组采用常规治疗,实验组则采取中频脉冲治疗仪进行治疗;观察两组患儿临床效果及各项指标。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为96.30%,对照组的治疗总有效率为81.48%,实验组总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);实验组患儿喘息消失、发热消退、肺部啰音消失均显著低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎治疗中,中频脉冲治疗仪的治疗效果显著。Objective By using medium frequency pulse therapy in the treatment of infantile pneumonia to discuss the clinical effect. Methods Respectively by comparing two different treatment methods, including the control group using conventional treatment, the experimental group are taking treatment medium frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus; observation two groups of children with clinical effect and the indicators. Results The treatment of experimental group total effective rate was 96.30%, control group total effective rate was 81.48%; the total efficiency of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）; the experimental group of children with wheezing disappeared, fever subsided, pulmonary rales disappeared were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric pneumonia, the treatment of medium frequency pulse treatment effect is remarkable.
