非那根、山莨菪碱联合丹参酮治疗急性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨非那根、山莨菪碱联合丹参酮对急性眩晕的治疗效果。方法将我单位就诊的眩晕患者64例分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(31例)。对照组使用丹参酮静滴,同时给予营养支持治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上,给予山莨菪碱静,首日给予非那根肌注。比较两组疗效率和疗程。结果治疗后,治疗组单次治疗有效率、治疗天数和治疗总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非那根、山莨菪碱与丹参酮联合用药,有利于急性眩晕患者快速缓解症状,缩短疗程,促进患者早日康复。Objective To discuss the effect of Phenergan, Anisodamine and Tanshinone in the treatment of acute vertigo. Methods 64 cases with vertigo in our hospital were divided into treatment group （33 cases） and control group （31 cases）. Control group was given ianshinone static drop and nutrition support, observation group was given given anisodamine static, and phenergan intramuscular injection only in the first day, compare curative effect and course of two groups. Results After treatment, the efficient in a single days, course and total effective rate of treatment group were compared with the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Phenergan, Anisodamine conbination Tanshinone is＇beneficial to quickly relieve symptoms in patients with acute vertigo, shorten period of treatment, promote patients recover at an early date.
