摘　　要：腓骨瓣移植是股骨头坏死保头手术的一种常用手段,临床应用广泛,效果较为理想。该文介绍了股骨头坏死的病因、病理机制和治疗方式,重点围绕腓骨瓣移植的治疗原则、手术技术、临床疗效及影响因素、围术期并发症等方面的研究进展进行综述。As a usual femoral head preservation surgical treatment, fibular grafting has been widely used and obtained good clinical effects. In this paper, etiology and pathological mechanism of femoral head necrosis as well as therapeutic methods were introduced, furthermore, current researches of treatment principles, surgical techniques, clinical effects and their influence factors, and perioperative complications were emphasized and reviewed.
