摘  要:回弹直接影响冲压件成形质量与尺寸精度,运用CAE分析软件Dynaform对某轿车顶盖的冲压成形及回弹进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,拉延筋的设置对汽车顶盖成形质量有重要的影响,通过设置变拉延筋,使回弹最严重的区域回弹量减少了40.73%。利用SCP下的回弹补偿功能对该顶盖进行了三次回弹补偿优化,通过补偿后偏差比较发现,回弹量有效地控制在2 mm以内;回弹问题得到进一步控制,获得了较理想的成形结果,并通过实际试模验证了其准确性及实用性,缩短了模具开发周期。To solve the direct affects of springback on the forming quality and dimensional accuracy of stamping parts,the stamping process and springback of a car roof were numerically simulated by CAE analysis software Dynaform. The simulation results show that the setting of drawbead has an important influence on car roof forming quality,and the springback of the most serious area decreases by40. 73% through setting the variable drawbead. The optimization of springback compensation on the roof is carried out by the springback compensation function of the SCP for three times. After comparing the compensated deviation,the springback is effectively controlled within 2 mm. The springback problem is further controlled,and the desirable forming results are obtained. As a result,the correctness and practicability of the results are verified by the experiment,and the design time of the die is saved.
