摘 要:变速器外毂零件是液力自动变速器(AT)的核心零件,其形状复杂、尺寸精度高、制造难度大。本文应用有限元仿真软件Deform对外毂零件齿形强力旋压过程进行数值模拟,分析强旋过程中外毂零件齿形成形的速度场、应变场,阐述外毂折迭齿形成形机理。以上研究证明,齿形成形主要应变为剪应变,且成形后零件截面一侧发生翘曲,需增加整形工序。采用强旋工艺可以为外毂零件齿形的实际生产提供工艺参考。As the key of hydraulic automatic transmission( AT),transmission external hub has the characteristics of complex shape,high dimensional precision and extreme difficulty in manufacturing. The power spinning process of external hub profile was simulated by the finite element simulation software-Deform. The velocity field and strain field generated during the power spinning forming were analyzed,and the fold forming principle of external hub profile was elaborated. Researches show that the shear strain is the main strain during the tooth forming,and the shaping process is added to solve the warping in one side of the parts section after forming. Power spinning process can provide technology reference for practical external hub profile production.
