摘 要:异形截面环件截面形状复杂,轧制时金属流动不均匀,易产生翘曲、鱼尾等缺陷。基于Forge有限元模拟软件对异形截面环件封闭轧制成形进行研究,得出了异形截面环件轧制过程中翘曲、鱼尾缺陷产生机理,分析了毛坯截面形状对翘曲和鱼尾缺陷的影响规律。以优化毛坯截面形状的方式,提出了控制这些缺陷的对策。研究结果表明,将毛坯内孔直壁高度设计成与法兰部分高度相等,颈部内表面设计成锥面,可消除轧制产生的扭矩,使翘曲现象明显减小,轧制得以顺利进行;将毛坯颈部外表面倾角设计为30°,鱼尾缺陷最小,并实现环件饱满成形。将模拟研究结果用于实际生产,获得了合格的产品。The section shape of profiled section ring is complicated and the metal flow in rolling process is uneven. Therefore,the ring is prone to produce defects such as warping and surface indentation. The closed rolling process of profiled section ring was studied by finite element software Forge. The forming mechanisms of warping and surface indentation in rolling process were obtained. The influences of blank section shape on warping and surface indentation were analyzed. The controlling strategies of defects were proposed based on the optimization of blank section shape. The results of study show that when the height of the straight wall of blank's inner hole is designed the same as that of the flange part of the blank and the inner surface in blank's neck is designed as a cone shape,the torque caused by rolling can be eliminated to decrease warping phenomenon significantly. As a result,the rolling process is smoothly operated. It is confirmed that outside surface inclination of 30 °in blank's neck leads to the minimum surface indentation so as to form profiled section ring fully. When the simulation is applied in practical production,the qualified products are obtained.
