摘  要:采用模压法制备了短多壁碳纳米管/聚碳酸酯(sMWNT/PC)和羧基化短多壁碳纳米管/聚碳酸酯(sOMWNT/PC)复合材料,并对2种复合材料的热稳定性和拉伸性能进行了研究。结果表明:与纯PC相比,sMWNT/PC复合材料的热稳定性和拉伸性能均有明显下降,而sOMWNT/PC复合材料则能够在保持PC原有热稳定性的同时显著提高其力学性能,其屈服强度和拉伸强度最大提高幅度分别为12.9%和12.8%。动态力学性能结果表明:sOMWNT/PC复合材料玻璃态时的储能模量随着sOMWNT含量的增加而增大,玻璃化转变温度则表现出相反的趋势。Short multi-walled carbon nanotube/polycarbonate (sMWNT/PC) and car-boxylated short multi-walled carbon nanotube/polycarbonate (sOMWNT/PC) composites were prepared by compression molding. The thermal stability and tensile properties of sMWNT/PC and sOMWNT were investigated,respectively.The results show that,com-pared with pure PC,the thermal stability and tensile properties of sMWNT/PC compos-ites decrease,However,the sOMWNT/PC can effectively enhance the mechanical proper-ties of composites without deteriorating thermal stability. The maximum improvements for the yield strength and tensile strength of sOMWNT/PC composites are 12.9% and 12.8%, respectively. The dynamic mechanical property of sOMWNT/PC composites show that the storage modulus increases with increasing sOMWNT content and the glass transition temperature exhibites an opposite trend.
