摘　　要：以氯化聚乙烯/三元乙丙橡胶(CPE/EPDM)作为电缆料的原料,以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)/三烯丙基氰尿酸酯(TAIC)为硫化剂,白炭黑为补强剂,Al(OH)3和Mg(OH)2作为阻燃剂,并配以适量的增塑剂、稳定剂和防老剂,制备阻燃绝缘电缆料。经测试,电缆料的体积电阻率可达到8.843×1014Ω·cm,击穿强度为36.5kV/mm,断裂伸长率为230%,拉伸强度为3.88 MPa。各项指标达到要求,性能满足电缆料需要。CPE/EPDM cable materials were prepared with CPE and EPDM as raw ma-terials,dicumyl peroxide （DCP）and triallyl isocyanurate （TAIC）as curing agents,white carbon black as reinforcement agent,Al（OH）3 and Mg（OH）2 as flame retardant and with the right amount of plasticizer,stabilizer and age resister.The results show that the vol-ume resistivity of cable materials can be up to 8.843 × 10 1 4 Ω＆#183; cm, the breakdown strength is 36.5 kV/mm, the elongation at break is 230% and the tensile strength is 3.88 MPa.The indicators meet the requirements and the performance can meet the need of cable materials.
