摘  要:[目的]探讨授权教育对耐多药肺结核病人健康行为生活方式、自觉健康行为自我效能及临床观察指标的影响。[方法]将94例耐多药肺结核病人随机分为两组,观察组采用授权理论为指导的健康教育;对照组采用常规健康教育。[结果]两组随访12个月健康行为生活方式、自觉健康行为自我效能量表各维度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);与治疗前比较观察组病人随访第12个月时,结核病灶明显好转。[结论]以授权理论为指导的结核病教育对提高耐多药病人治疗依从性、自觉健康行为自我效能、肺部结核病灶恢复、提高病人的生活质量方面具有明显的促进作用。Objective:To investigate the influence of empowerment education on health behavior life style,self efficacy of consciously health behaviors and clinical observation indexes of patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 94 patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in each.The patient in observation group used health education guided by the empowerment theory,control group used conventional health education.The health behavior life style,self efficacy of consciously health behavior and clinical observation index were compared before and after education.Results:There were statistically significant difference in the health behavior life style,self efficacy of consciously health behavior by following up 12 months between two groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Lompared with before treatment,when followed up at twelfth months the tuberculosis lesions were significantly improved in patients in observation group.Conclusion:Tuberculosis education guided by empowerment theory had the obvious promotion effect for improving the treatment compliance of patients with multi drug resistant,their self efficacy of consciously health behaviors,the recovery of pulmonary tuberculosis lesions and improving quality of life of the patients.
