摘 要:在10月下旬至翌年1月上旬,以1年生樱砧王扦插苗梢部的嫩枝为扦插材料,以炉渣、泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石等按不同体积比混合而成的10种复合基质为扦插基质,旨在探索一种理化性质良好、经济实用、适宜樱砧王秋季扦插生根的扦插基质。结果表明,樱砧王在秋季扦插,可以获得很高的生根率和成活率,且不同复合基质处理对其生根率、成活率影响甚微,但对根系质量有一定的影响;炉渣、珍珠岩、泥炭体积比为7∶2∶1的复合基质根系的综合生长指数最高,且最为经济。此外,还对基质的理化性质与根系生长间的联系进行了讨论,结果表明,基质的通气孔隙度、气水比和持水孔隙度是影响扦插苗根系生长的主要指标。From the late November to the early January next year, this experiment was the twig of tip part in annual'Ying Zhen Wang' cutting seedling as cuttage material and 10 kinds of compound substrates that mixed with slag, turf, perlite, roseite and other materiales by different volume ratios as cuttage substrate to explore a kind of cutting substrate with great physical and chemical properties, economical, practical and suitable for the rooting 'Ying Zhen Wang' in autum compound. The results indicated that the'Ying Zhen Wang' could get high rooting rate and survival rate in autumn cutting. Different compound substrates treatments had little effect on the rooting rate and survival rate,but they had certain effect on the quality of root. Upon highest comprehensive growth index and the most economical substrate was the complex substrate slag, perlite and turf with 7∶2∶1 volume ratio. Besides, the ralations betwen physicochemical properties of substrates and root growth were also discussed in this article. The results showed that the aeration porosity,gas water ratio and water-holding porosity of substrate were main physicochemical indexes which affected root system growth of cutting seedlings.
