干高对梨树开心树形产量与品质的影响

摘　　要：以梨树高干、中干、低干开心树形和小冠疏层树形(对照)为试材,研究干高对梨树开心树形产量与品质的影响。结果表明,在初果期,低干开心树形产量较高,分别比中干开心树形和高干开心树形高11.6%和17.5%,其产量构成与树体枝量间呈正相关;但在盛果期,开心树形处理树体产量增加,高干和中干开心树形产量显著高于对照,分别提高了20.2%和19.6%,其产量构成与树体枝轴长度间呈正相关。果实品质测定分析结果表明,初果期不同树形处理间无显著差异,但盛果期高干、中干开心树形处理的果皮花色苷浓度、果肉TTS显著高于对照,果皮叶绿素含量显著低于对照,果实综合品质优良。The result of the treatments with high trunk, middle trunk, low trunk open-centre pear trees and small crown thinning pear tree（contrast）showed that at early fruit period, the yields of low trunk tree were higher than that of middle trunk and high trunk treatment by 11.6% and 17.5%, respectively, and the yield of four treatments was positive correlated with per tree branch quantity. At full fruit period, the yields of high trunk and middle trunk trees were significantly higher than that of contrast tree by 20.2% and 19.6%, and the yield of four treatments was positively correlated with the fruiting branch length of trees. The contents of pigmented anthocyanin in peel and TTS in flesh of different treatments were no significant difference at early fruit period, but were significantly higher than that of contrast tree at full fruit period. The comprehensive quality of high trunk and middle trunk open-centre trees was excellent at full fruit period.
