摘 要:温室气体引起的全球变暖和臭氧层破坏是目前两大全球环境问题,而我国的淡水水产养殖产量长期以来稳居世界第一,淡水养殖池塘面积大,温室气体排放通量大,但尚未见淡水养殖生态系统温室气体排放的研究报告。为探讨夏季池塘养殖团头鲂系统温室气体的排放规律,采用静态暗箱-气相色谱法对池塘养殖团头鲂生态系统温室气体(CO2,CH4,N2O)的排放进行原位测定。结果表明,夏季养殖团头鲂池塘均表现为CO2,CH4和N2O的源,其中,CO2夏季排放量达(160.65±21.56)g/m2,CH4排放量达(15.52±4.62)g/m2,N2O排放量达(1.45±0.16)g/m2。池塘养殖团头鲂生态系统温室气体减排空间巨大。Global warming and ozone depletion caused by greenhouse gases are currently two major global environmental issues, while China's freshwater aquaculture production has long been ranked first in the world, and greenhouse gas emissions from freshwater ponds is becoming an important source of China's greenhouse gas emissions, but the research on freshwater aquaculture ecosystem green- house gas emissions has not been reported. To investigate the law of greenhouse gas emissions and comprehensive global warming poten- tial of Megalobrama amblycephala culture pond ecosystems in summer, we used the static opaque chamher-GC techniques to conduct in-situ determination of greenhouse gas emissions (C02, CH4, N20) ofMegalobrama amblycephala culture pond ecosystems. The results showed that Megalobrama amblycephala culture ponds in summer were the source of C02, CH4 and N20, of which C02 emissions in sum mer amounted to (160.65 ± 21.56)g/m2, CH4 emissions amounted to (15.52 ± 4.62)g/m2, and N20 emissions amounted to (1.45 ± 0.16) g/m2; so there was a great potential in greenhouse gas emission reduction of Megalobrama amblycephala culture pond ecosystems.
