对合肥市培育新型农业经营主体金融支持模式的思考

摘　　要：新型农业经营主体培育是实现传统农业向现代农业转型的客观需要,而创新农村金融服务则是培育新型农业经营主体关键所在。从合肥市金融支持新型农业经营主体培育的角度出发,分析了金融支持模式的实践状况及其困境,在此基础上,提出增强新型农业经营主体管理水平、加大金融信贷支撑力度、加快金融支持服务方式及产品创新、倡导多元融资路径、优化农村金融支撑环境、理顺金融支撑保障机制等建议和对策,以期为其他城市类似研究提供借鉴和思路。The cultivation of new agricultural business subjects is the objective need of to realize the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and it is the key to innovation of rural financial service for cultivation new agricultural business subjects. On this basis, from the perspective of the cultivation of financial support for the cultivation of new agricultural business subjects in Hefei city, this article analyzed the practical situation and predicament of cultivating financial support mode for new agricultural business subjects in Hefei city, and put forward suggestions and countermeasures from the following six aspects： strengthening the management level of new agricultural business subjects; increasing financial and credit support; accelerating the service mode and product innovation of financial support; promoting multivariate financing path; optimizing rural financial support environment;rationalizing the financial support mechanism, in order to provide reference and idea for other cities.
