摘  要:研究了正硅酸乙酯、硅氮烷化合物(KH-CL)以及正硅酸乙酯和KH-CL并用比例对缩合型RTV-2硅橡胶适用期、完全硫化时间、力学性能和耐高温性能的影响。结果表明,通过正硅酸乙酯/KH-CL并用可以得到工艺性能好(适用期长、完全硫化时间短)的缩合型RTV-2硅橡胶;以0.5份二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂、3份正硅酸乙酯和1份KH-CL的混合物为交联剂得到的缩合型RTV-2硅橡胶兼具良好的工艺性能、粘接性能和抗高温密闭降解性能。The effects of TEOS, polysilazane KH-CL and the blending of TEOS and KH-CL with different proportion on the applicable period, complete vulcanization time, mechanical properties and high temperature resistant performance of the condensation type RTV-2 silicone rubber were studied. The results showed that the condensation type RTV-2 silicone rubbers which have good process performance(long applicable period and short complete vulcanization time) can be prepared by use of TEOS/KH-CL blending. The condensation type RTV-2 silicone rubber had good process performance, adhesive performance and anti high temperature degradation performance when using 0.5 phr dibutyltin dilaurate as the catalyst and the blending of 3 phr TEOS and 1 phr KH-CL as the crosslinking agent.
