摘  要:以硅烷改性聚氨酯为基胶,纳米活性碳酸钙及炭黑为补强填料,制得高强度的室温硫化有机硅改性密封胶。探讨了硅烷改性聚氨酯和偶联剂的种类及纳米活性碳酸钙与炭黑用量对有机硅密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,预聚体按1:3比例,偶联剂按1:1:1复配,炭黑与纳米活性碳酸钙质量比为100和450时,制得的密封胶综合性能最佳。Using silicone modified polyurethane(CPU) as the matrix binder and the activated nano-CaCO3 and carbon block as the reinforcing fillers, a high strength RTV silicone modified sealant was prepared. The effects of the type and content of CPUs and couplings agents as well as the amounts of activated nano-CaCO3 and carbon block on the silicone modified sealant performance were investigated. The results showed that when the prepolymer had the proportion of 1:3=SPUR1050:SPUR19140, the coupling agent was 1:1:1 blending of A-1110, A-1120 and KH-560, and the weight ratio of carbon block and activated nano-CaCO3 was 100/450, the overall performance of obtained sealant was optimal.
