摘　　要：目的探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(RAML)的CT表现,提高CT诊断价值。方法分析经手术病理证实的行螺旋CT检查RAML患者6例。结果 6例中,单发4例,多发2例;右肾1例,左肾3例,双肾2例;全部病例12个病灶。病灶直径<2 cm者6个,>2 cm者6个,病灶最大者8.3 cm×7.1 cm,CT显示肾实质和或肾盂内圆形、椭圆形和不规则形软组织密度影及脂肪密度影。结论 CT检查发现肾肿瘤中的脂肪组织可确定RAML的诊断。Objective To study the CT Imaging features of renal angiomyolipoma,so as to increase the value in clinical diagnosis. Methods Analyses were made on 6 confirmed cases of renal angiomyolipomas with CT scan. Results Of the 6 cases,4 were single and 2 were multiple cases,of which 1 was in the right kidney and 3 were in the left kidney,and 2 were in both kidneys,with a total of 12 foci. There were six foci with a diameter smaller than 2cm,and another 6 foci with a diameter larger than 2cm,and the largest diameter of the focus was 8. 3 cm × 7. 1cm. Renal parenchyma and or circular,elliptical and irregular shape soft tissue shadows and fatty tissue shadows in renal pelvis were clearly seen from the CT scan. Conclusion CT scan revealed that the fatty tissue in renal tumor could confirm the diagnosis of renal angiomyolipomas.
