摘  要:在祁连山黑河源头高寒草甸夏季草场进行控制害鼠与草地植物群落调查试验,经两年的研究结果表明:控制害鼠可以提高莎草及禾草在群落中的优势地位,但植物群落的优势种和次优势种基本相同;在两年的研究中害鼠控制区盖度均显著高于对照(P<0.05);害鼠控制第二年莎草和地上总植物量均显著高于对照(P<0.05),禾草与杂类草的地上植物量高于对照区,但差异不显著(P>0.05);害鼠控制第三年禾草、杂类草、莎草和地上总植物量均显著高于对照(P<0.05)。The control of rodent and plant community investigation was implemented in summer pasture of Alpine meadow in Qilian Mountain. The research results within two years showed that the control of rodent could improve dominant of sedges and grasses in the community, but the dominant species and subdominant species in the plant community are basically the same. The vegetable coverage in rodent control areas in two years was significantly higher than that of controls group (P 〈 0.05). Sedges and the total biomass in rodent control areas in the second year were significantly higher than that of controls group (P 〈 0.05). The biomass of grasses and weeds is higher than in the control area, but there is no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Total biomass of grasses, weeds, sedges in rodent control areas in the third year were significantly higher than that of control group(P 〈 0.05).
