摘　　要：介绍在Word 2007环境中利用窗口拆分、搜索、排序和宏编程功能核对文中参考文献一致性、规范文后参考文献表著录用符号和检出重复文献的方法,以提高编辑编修稿件中参考文献的工作效率。This paper introduces a new application of Word 2007 to check the consistency of the references cited in the text and those in the bibliographic list, to normalize the symbols used in the bibliographic references, and to examine the repeated references, by making use of the functions in Word 2007 of windows splitting, searching, ranking, and macro programming. This application would improve the work efficiency of journal editors when they edit and proofread references of academic papers.
