国际审稿专家库的拓展与维护给期刊发展的启示--以《中国航空学报》(英文版)为例

摘　　要：根据《中国航空学报》(英文版)的办刊实践,总结出在信息时代可借助于国际数据库、社交网络、稿件处理系统和微信平台等网络资源以及通过参加国际会议等方式对国际审稿专家库进行拓展与维护,从而助力于有效、有人情味和可持续的稿件送审工作,全面提升期刊质量。Based on the practice of Chinese Journal of Aeronautics, we summarize the methods of extending and maintaining international reviewers database in the internet era, i. e. , making use of international database, social network, manuscript submission and review system, WeChat as well as attending international conferences, which could help the journal to realize the effective, humane and sustainable review work and thus to comprehensively promote the journal.
