摘 要:作为武术标准化发展的实践标准,武术赛事组织标准化是用标准文件来规范武术赛事的组织运作,以标准体系构建完善武术赛事的发展过程。运用文献资料、个案分析、逻辑分析的方法以标准化学科的视角梳理了武术赛事组织的标准化历程;以全国武术锦标赛为案例完善了武术赛事的组织标准;以标准化学科的系统构建了武术赛事组织标准体系;在参考借鉴奥运会及同类赛事组织标准文件下规范了武术赛事组织的标准化之路。得出:武术赛事组织标准化应以完善组织流程、标准制度建设、规范工作职责为主要内容,以申办制度标准、组织机构标准、竞赛规程标准、人员要求标准、器材设施标准、服务项目标准、安全要求标准为标准分类,以标准化学科的思维来促进武术赛事组织标准的全面建设。The standardization of Wushu tournament organization serves as a standard practice of Wushu standardization development. It is a process in which Wushu tournaments are organized and operated in accordance with standard documents in a standardized system. This paper,using documents,case analysis and logical analysis,looks,from the perspective of the standardization discipline,at the standardization process of Wushu tournament organization. It perfects standards for Wushu tournament organization,citing examples from the National Wushu Championships,builds a standard system for the organization of Wushu tournaments,and lays down criteria for the standardization of Wushu tournament organization,by referring to documents concerning the organization of the Olympic Games and similar events. We have come to the following conclusion. Standardization of Wushu tournament organization should include improving the organization process,the constructing a standard system,and standardizing work responsibilities. The standards should subsume standards for the bid system,organizations,competition rules,personnel requirements,equipment and facilities,services,and safety requirements. The all-round construction of the standards for Wushu tournament organization should be approached from the perspective of the standardized discipline.
