何振梁体育思想初探

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对何振梁体育思想进行研究。其体育思想主要体现在尊崇"奥林匹克精神"的体育价值观、推崇"可持续发展"的体育事业观、追求"求同存异、和而不同"的体育文化观、遵循"国家利益至上"的体育外交观等方面。何振梁体育思想是中国和世界体育宝贵的精神财富,其"国家利益至上"与"奥林匹克精神"并行不悖,推动了中国体育与世界体育的和谐发展。何振梁体育思想对我国体育事业发展的启示:尊崇"奥林匹克精神",加强青少年奥林匹克精神教育;坚持"可持续发展"理念,重视后备人才培养;重视体育外交功能,加强中国体育文化传播话语权。He Zhenliang＇s ideology on sports is mainly reflected in his respect for the sports values espoused by the＂Olympic Spirit＂,advocacy of the ＂sustainable development＂of sports,pursuit of harmony while reserving difference,and abidance by the ＂national interest first＂diplomacy. He＇s sports ideas are precious spiritual wealth both of Chinese and world sports; his advocacy of ＂national interest first＂and the Olympic Spirit go hand in hand in his ideology,jointly promoting the harmonious development of Chinese and world sports. The development of China sports can be inspired by He＇s sports thoughts in many ways： respecting the＂Olympic Spirit＂,and strengthening education of the youth on the Olympic spirit; adhering to sustainable development,and cultivating backup talent; attaching importance to sports diplomacy,and enhancing the power of discourse for Chinese sports culture in its communication.
