摘 要:目的:了解乌鲁木齐市乡镇卫生院在实施乡村卫生服务一体化管理后的运行效果,发现存在问题,并提出对策建议。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,在该市抽取3个区,共13个乡镇卫生院作为研究对象。采用问卷调查法对这些乡镇卫生院进行机构问卷调查。结果:乌鲁木齐市乡镇卫生院在实施乡村卫生服务一体化管理后取得了一定成效,但依然面临许多问题,其中最突出,也是最根本的是卫生人力资源问题。卫生人员老龄化加快,学历层次较低,待遇水平不高等问题严重影响着卫生人才队伍的稳定。结论:建议定向培养卫生人员,从加强卫生人员培训和提高卫生人员待遇等方面提升卫生人才队伍质量。Objective To understand the effect of operation in the township health centers of Urumqi after the the implementa- tion of the integrated management of rural health services, find problems and put forward suggestions for its development. Method: Cluster sampling method was used ,take 3 in the city area,a total of 13 township ho,hspitals as research subjects. Questionnaire sur- vey to township institutions survey. Results The township health centers of Urumqi after the implementation of the integrated man- agement of rural health services has achieved some success, but still face many problems, most notably, is the most radical of all health human resource issues. Health workforce aging faster, low qualifications, low salary problem seriously affects the stability of the health personnel. Conclusion : Suggestions from the directional training of health personnel, strengthening personnel training and upgrading of health treatment and other aspects of health improve the quality of health personnel.
