摘　　要：通过对某高校心理咨询中心近两年个体咨询资料进行分析,结果显示学生的个体咨询呈现总人数偏少,女生居多,文科生所占比例大,低年级较多,发展性咨询为主等分布特点。高校需通过各种途径大力宣传心理健康知识,增强学生求助意识,保障专业化心理咨询必备条件,加强咨询师队伍培养,规范心理咨询工作流程,实施学生心理互助计划。Analysis of individual consultation cases in a college counseling center in recent two years showed that only a few students resorted to individual psychological counseling,most of which were female students. The number of students majored in lib- eral arts was higher than others. And most of them were junior students. DevelopmenlLal consulting was the main problem. It is sug- gested to intensify publicity of mental health knowledge, enhance students＇ awareness of recourse, ensure specialized psychological counseling condition, strengthen training of counselor teams, standardize the process of psychological counseling, and implement students＇ psychological assistant plan.
