摘　　要：目的 通过检测比较研究,分析在早期自然流产蜕膜及绒毛中钙网蛋白（CRT）和凋亡蛋白酶Caspase-3表达与定位,探讨两者在早期自然流产（ESA）中的意义。方法 以该院2012年5月~2014年10月接诊并行人工流产的患者90例为研究对象,根据流产情况分为先兆组（先兆流产组42例）和稽留组（稽留流产48例）,并以60例正常早孕并要求行人工流产者为对照组,术后采集所有对象的蜕膜及绒毛组织,HE染色比较形态学变化,对CRT和Caspase-3水平进行检测并研究相关性。结果 ESA患者蜕膜及绒毛钙网蛋白及Caspase-3表达均高于对照组;稽留组钙网蛋白及Caspase-3的表达均高于先兆组;钙网蛋白与Caspase-3呈正相关。结论 钙网蛋白及Caspase-3异常表达可能参与ESA的发生机制,高表达的钙网蛋白也可作为判断是否有自然流产危险的标志之一。Objective To analyze the expressions and locations of calreticulin （CRT） and apoptosis protease Caspase-3 in decid- ua and chorionic villi of patients with early spontaneous abortion by a comparative study, explore their significance in early spontaneous abor- tion. Methods Ninety patients undergoing induced abortion in the hospital from May 2012 to October 2014 were selected as study objects, then they were divided into threatened abortion group （42 patients） and missed abortion group （48 patients） ; sixty normal early pregnant women demanding induced abortion were selected as control group. After induced abortion, decidual and chorionic villi tissues of all the study objects were collected, HE staining was used to compare the changes of morphology, CRT and Caspase-3 levels were detected, and the correlation was studied. Results The expression levels of CRT and Caspase-3 in decidua and chorionic villi of patients with early spontane- ous abortion were higher than those in control group ; the expression levels of CRT and Caspase-3 in missed abortion group were higher than those in threatened abortion group; CRT was positively correlated with Caspase- 3. Conclusion Abnormal expressions of CRT and Caspase-3 may be involved in the occurrence mechanism of early spontaneous abortion, high expression of CRT also can be used as one of the markers to judge whether there is risk of spontaneous abortion.
