摘　　要：目的探讨宁夏彭阳县围绝经期妇女保健服务需求及保健措施。方法通过分层整群随机抽样方法抽取宁夏彭阳县年龄在40~55岁之间的1 289例围绝经期妇女进行问卷调查,了解其健康状况及保健服务需求情况。结果 1 289例调查对象中,502例月经正常或基本正常,147例月经紊乱,640例绝经,自然绝经的平均年龄为(48.6±4.5)岁。36.8%妇女有不同程度的围绝经期症状,主要症状为情绪不稳定109例,失眠96例,月经紊乱147例,抑郁88例,其他34例。46~50岁年龄组围绝经症状发生率最高,51~55岁年龄组反而降低,各年龄组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。30.8%的妇女对围绝经期知识有认知,仅有14.5%的围绝经期妇女接受过医疗保健服务。结论宁夏彭阳县围绝经期妇女综合征发病率较高,妇女保健意识较差。加强开展围绝经期全科医疗卫生保健服务、综合防护与治疗,对提高妇女的生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To explore the requirements of health care service and health care measurements among perimenopausal women in Pengyang county, Ningxia. Methods A total of 1 289 perimenopausal women aged 40-55 years old were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method from Pengyang county, then a questionnaire survey was conducted to understand their health status and re- quirements of health care se^ice. Results Among 1 289 survey objects, 502 women had normal and basically normal menstruation, 147 women were found with menstrual disorder, and 640 women were menopausal women, the average age of menopause was （48. 6＋4. 5） years old. Different degrees of perimenopausal symptoms occurred in 36. 8% of the women, the main symptoms included emotional instability （ 109 women）, ahypnosis （96 women） , menstrual disorder （147 women） , depression （88 women） , and other symptoms （34 women） . The incidence rate of perimenopausal symptoms in women aged 46-50 years old was the highest, which decreased in the women aged 51-55 years old, there was statistically significant difference among different age groups （P〈0.05） ; 30. 8% of the women had cognition about perimeno- pausal knowledge, only 14. 5% of them had received medical health care service. Conclusion The incidence rate of perimenopausal syn- drome among the women in Pengyang county of Ningxia is relatively high, the health care awareness is poor. Strengthening medical health care service, comprehensive prevention, protection, and treatment for perimenopausal women has important significance for improving the quality of life.
