摘  要:真实性是旅游体验和动机中的一个核心问题。在以往的研究中,以文化遗产为代表的旅游吸引物更加受到"真实性"研究的青睐,而作为旅游配套设施的"真实性"则往往被忽略。文章以入境游客在历史建筑类酒店的住宿体验为例,采用扎根理论研究方法,以游客在权威旅游网站自主完成的住宿体验评价作为主要原始资料,识别和提炼出游客对旅游配套设施的真实性体验规律。研究发现,入境游客在体验旅游配套设施时,(1)真实性体验与现代性体验相辅相成;(2)文化真实性体验与情感真实性体验彼此强化;(3)游客在动静环境中多感官体验文化真实性;(4)游客的真实性体验受到权威的重要影响。该研究不仅有利于丰富旅游真实性的相关研究,而且对历史建筑在旅游产业中的活化和入境旅游市场的开发具有重要实践意义。The study of authenticity is a core problem in the research of tourist experience and motivation. Many studies can be found investigating authenticity of tourist attractions, especially the cultural heritage. Little efforts, however, have been made discussing the authenticity of experience related to tourism facilities. This paper presents an ethnographic analysis on inbound tourists' reviews of historical hotels through grounded theory method and identifies how tourists experience authenticity in tourist facilities. Grounded theory method is a systematic methodology used in social sciences research involving theory construction through the analysis of data. Following the basic steps of grounded theory analysis, the research firstly broke data into conceptual components and identified the useful concepts by open coding. Then the concepts were grouped into 19 categories throughout the consistent comparative method. These categories are 'History of hotel building', ' Former masters of hotel building', 'Maintained or reproduced historical features in hotel building', 'Visual beauty of hotel building', 'Cultural and historical meanings of hotel decoration', 'Visual beauty of hotel decoration', 'Coordination between hotel and surroundings', 'Correspondence between the display of hotel facilities and tourists' habits', 'Correspondence between functions of hotel facilities and tourists' need', 'Correspondence between special service and tourists' special needs', 'Local culture or Chinese culture appeared in hotel service', 'Correspondence between common service and tourists' general needs', 'Employee' s hospitality, employee' s understanding of hotel history and culture', ' Fulfillment of tourists' personalized needs by employee', ' Cultural experience supplied by employee', ' Hotel managers' personal service', ' Hotel managers' sharing hobbies and interests with tourists' and 'Hotel managers' understanding of hotel history and c
