摘  要:目的评价芒果甙对3种牙周常见致病菌的抑菌活性。方法采用液体稀释法,测定芒果甙对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P.gingivalis)、中间普氏菌(P.intermedia)、具核梭杆菌(F.nucleatum)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC),并绘制芒果甙对3种细菌的时间-杀菌曲线。结果芒果甙对P.gingivalis,P.intermedia,F.nucleatum的MIC值分别为2.50 mg/mL,5.00 mg/mL,2.50 mg/mL,MBC值分别为10.00 mg/mL,20.00mg/mL,10.00mg/mL。芒果甙质量浓度达到对3种细菌的MIC值时,均产生了明显的抑菌作用;芒果甙质量浓度达到对3种细菌的MBC值时,对于P.gingivalis和F.nucleatum在1h后可达到杀菌效果,对于P.intermedia可在2h后达到杀菌效果。结论芒果甙对3种牙周常见致病菌具有较好的抑菌、杀菌作用。Objective To evaluate the bacteriostatic activity of mangiferin against three types of common perio- dontal pathogenic bacteria. Method To adopt broth dilution method to measure the MIC and MBC of man- giferin on P.gingivalis, P. intermedia, and F. nucleatum, and draw graphs of sterilizing time graphs of Man- giferin against the three bacteria. Results The MIC values of mangiferin against P. gingivalis, P. intermedia, and F.nucleatum were 2.50 mg/mL, 5.00 mg/mL, 2.50 mg/mL respectively, and the MBC values of man- giferin against the same three bacteria were 10.00 mg/mL, 20.00 mg/mL, 10.00 mg/mL respectively. When the degree of concentration of mangiferin reached the MIC values against the three bacteria, marked bacterio- static effect was observed on all of them. When the degree of concentration of mangiferin reached the MBC val- ues against the three bacteria, bacteriostatic effect was observed on P.gingivalis and F.nucleatum in one hour, and on P.intermedia in two hours. Conclusion Mangiferin has good bacteriostatie and bactericidal effects on the three common periodontal pathogenic bacteria.
