摘　　要：文章论述了近年来政府信息公开领域的新发展是开放政府数据。开放政府数据是政府原始数据的开放,开放政府数据具有重要意义。一些国家的中央政府、地方政府以及一些国际组织出台了开放政府数据政策法律。开放政府数据政策法律制度体系包含开放政府数据的主体、范围、方式、监督与问责等内容。This paper discusses that the open government data is the new development of government information disclosure in recent years. Open government data means opening the raw data of government,which has great significance. The central government and local government in some countries and some international organizations introduce the policies and laws of open government data. The policy and law system of open government data contains the contents of body,cope,method,supervision and legal responsibility.
